OLY RALFE - DIRECTOR & FOUNDER

Oly is an award-winning film maker. He loves connecting with people of all backgrounds and capturing their stories with empathy and authenticity. He also composes music for film and television.  

He has produced and directed several documentaries including Tangled Up With Dylan - The Ballad of AJ Weberman, winner of the Raindance Award at the British Independent Film Awards. He collaborated with comedy duo the Mighty Boosh for the film Journey Of The Childmen - The Mighty Boosh On Tour. His latest film, Barry Mazur and the Infinite Cheese of Knowledge, is a portrait of world-renowned mathematician and philosopher Barry Mazur. 

Oly specialises in making films for organisations, ranging from charities, universities, and membership organisations to businesses and individuals. As well as regularly traversing the four corners of the UK, he has filmed internationally in locations as diverse as Harvard University, Uganda and the rainforests of Belize!

EMMA FAULKNER - FILM EDITOR & FOUNDER

Emma's background in film as a Script Supervisor and Assistant Director saw her working on anything from romantic comedies to ghost stories.

As a film editor and interviewer Emma now crafts narratives across our documentaries, campaign films and music videos. She also excels in the creation of motion graphics, enjoying the added impact this brings to our films. She brings a passion for storytelling and a loving attention to detail to all her work.

Emma is also a talented musician and vocal arranger, singing with the Moderate Rebels, the London Contemporary Voices among others.

IZZIE MARTIN - NEW BUSINESS PRODUCER

Izzie has a talent for building strong client relationships and a flair for understanding what you need for your project, ensuring that you are excited by its potential, progress and outcome.

She has worked for more than a decade in the film and television industry and spent the last 6 or so years in the creative agency world; balancing inspiration and pragmatism with the aim of producing valuable creative work that has purpose in the world. We are delighted that Izzie is part of the Sheep Street team!
